First things first!

From our experience on large project we know that usually visualisations are made when the scheme is designed. But only then, real judgment can be made about the quality of architecture and space. To improve quality, the design and all relevant drawings need to be changed. We design by doing visuals. And only when there is an agreed design, we start drawing. This saves you time, money and frustration. Of course, a minimal set of drawings is required in the beginning to judge the functionality of the scheme and to check areas.
